The inaugural season of the Fast Friendly League has officially begun. Wait. What’s the Fast Friendly League you ask? Well, it’s an online fantasy league that Hoffman | Lewis devised encouraging a little friendly competition between the 155 McDonald’s locations in the metro area.
The league is made up of sixteen teams of nine or ten restaurants each, playing a series of two-week games to determine who plays whom in the playoffs.
The whole idea is to focus on better service for the customers.
Data from each store will be collected to determine which team has the fastest average time to serve customers and the highest number of customers. From there, it gets pretty techy and numbers-heavy, but you get the idea.
All the statistics will be uploaded online at McDonaldsFFL.com where you can go to get a more in-depth view of the program and check out the fun team logos inspired by the food at McDonalds.
As of now, the Vegas odds makers are still deliberating over who is favored to win the championship.
